Some products are not suitable to leave without signature and on these occasions, the item may be returned to depot. Goods will be available for collection from the depot. Should you require redelivery please contact us to discuss re-delivery charges.

All orders are currently dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse and transit times will vary depending on your location. Transit times are in addition to dispatch (Lead) times.

Rural and Regional areas make take longer.
As part of the dispatch process, you will be emailed a consignment note number along with the carrier.

Covid-19 Freight Policy Amendment: (effective March 2020)
PLEASE NOTE: With the advent of COVID-19, freight companies have had to implement a number of social distancing practices.
This means there may be unexpected delays to deliveries. Although our team instruct freight companies that no freight is to be delivered or collected without signature or identification checks, freight companies may collect goods and/or leave goods at your location without receiving a signature or confirmation of delivery.
Get Good Group has no control of this and cannot be held accountable for the actions of the freight companies. This may occur whether the freight is insured or not, and even if instructions have been given, that goods are not to be left, without authority.
Any issues relating to freight, because of this, will need to be taken up with the relevant freight company. This is something that is out of the control of out team, and we will seek to minimize delays and issues where possible.
