The Jimny Tri-Y header (extractor) is designed to match the synchronization of the engine firing order, maximizing exhaust scavenging. This design creates the optimal torque and horsepower gains compared to the factory design.

Independently, Dyno tested the Legendex Jimny exhaust system and achieved a 10% increase in horsepower and a 15% increase in torque. With more acceleration power and torque for the off-road tracks, this Jimny exhaust system is a winner on both fronts.

The Jimny Extractor is made from mild steel in a Tri-Y design. Mild steel allows the header to expand and retract over time without cracking or becoming brittle. This is critical for the Jimny offroad community, as corrugations and jarring offroad tracks can stress your exhaust. 

The Legendex design team chose a high-flow Euro4 catalytic converter to keep your Suzuki Jimny exhaust in factory emissions specs and within the ECU threshold. Factory sensors can be re-used in the Legendex system, so you do not need to “flash” or trick your ECU. Meeting ARD Requirements with limiting your performance.
